Shipping & Refunds
Products are shipped within 1-14 business days. Tracking information is sent via email when order ships. Wholesale Orders do not ship free. No other promotions (free shipping, coupons, sales) are available with wholesale orders.
We do not accept refunds due to the natural state of our products. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order such as delivery, lost package or damage. We will replace or refund damaged orders. Please take photos of damage and email them to email@example.com for review. We will reply and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please inspect package upon receiving to ensure that the correct items were received. Customers have 14 days from delivery date to contact us for missing items.
