Nature's Ego handcraft products just for you. Therefore, shipping times may vary. We work diligently to have your products in the mail within 5-9 business days following payment. We ship priority mail or first class to ensure that your products arrive to you quickly. We ship internationally as well! International shipping can take between 7-21 days to reach their destination depending on country. Your order confirmation will arrive via email once purchase is completed. Once your product ships, another email will be sent with tracking information to let you know that your products are on the way! All packages are shipped with tracking information.
Returns are not accepted due to the natural nature of our products. Exceptions are made if the product is received damaged. Customers must notify us via email within 2 days of receiving products.
Lost Packages
All customers will receive tracking information for their products. Please be sure that someone will be available to receive your package. Nature's Ego is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
